Fun Nights 2023-2024

We are really excited to have Middle School Fun Nights back in full force this year. My name is Jenna Roote and I have an 8th grader at BRMS and I have offered to help coordinate and run these events. But having parent volunteers is crucial to their success. If you are interested in helping out in any capacity - whether collecting donations for raffle baskets before the event, decorating, helping the night of the events, sign ins, giving out pizza, helping with cleanup - there are so many opportunities to get involved and any time or job you could offer is greatly appreciated and welcomed!

Important Fun Night Information

All students planning to attend a Fun Night must have a completed permission slip. We are now asking for a permission to be filled out every time your child attends a Fun Night. Included on the permission for will be payment link. If you can not pay electronically please contact the Fun Night Chair to arrange and alternative form of payment. 

Fun Night Student Expectations:

  • Cell phones are not to be used during Fun Night. Please keep them put away and if they need to be used for any reason please by the main office/foyer area.

  • At no point during Fun Night are students allowed to leave the building. All doors must remain shut. 
​
  • Students are to show respect all adults and volunteers at the event. 
​
  • Stay within the boundaries of Fun Night, lockers can not be accessed during this time. 
​
  • Parents will be notified if anyone fails to meet these expectations.
